About Our Chairman
Mr. I. Mohan, Chairman of Blue Star Educational Institution, is a passionate educationist and the President of Skill Indian – Tamil Nadu Private Skill Training Colleges Association. With over 16 years of experience in paramedical and skill development education, he has been a driving force in empowering women through affordable, job-oriented training. Under his leadership, the institution is registered with the Government of Tamil Nadu and Government of India, authorized by RIVAH Edu, New Delhi, and approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. His vision continues to uplift rural women by providing quality education, hands-on hospital training, government-recognized certification, and 100% placement support.
